Hi There is a cliche that vancouver is expensive. But when i compare rentals in surrey BC vs missisauga ON.... both suburbs of big cities i find surrey cheaper. Also on cost compare sites.... cosr of living on vancouver is actually lower than toronto... especially now april 2019 Is this true ?

Steaky isnt making a three way phone call even worse, cause ur calling from a canadian phone number even though you are not in canada. They have already replied on webform saying they want updated current mailing address, so i should ask them the same question on phone ? thanks
