Dear Friends Finally after three months of DECISION MADE, today I got the most awaited e-mail to go to VFS for the collection of passports. Thanks god, they are workin on our files. Lets hope and pray all the cases will be finallised very soon. Regards Nabin Paudel

Kghimire Ji Canadian Consulate Office in kathmandu was closed from March 2013. Is it now reopened or you just guessed it?

Mayalu Ji we don't have anything to suggest you, what to do or what not to do. This is terrible situation. Only the survible expert "Bear Greyl" might have some idea and technique to cop up this situation. I am also waiting my passports, as my status was changed to DM on 28 May 2013.

Nowadays NDVO is not sending Passports via skynet, but from VFS. To proceed from VFS, they will charge you about 1200 NRs for each passport. So your idea seems irrelevent these days.
