Your best option would be to complete CPA (USA) while you are staying in UAE. As long as you complete it before your initial landing in Canada, you can get Canadian CA through reciprocity exam.

You have already spent two years in Australia; why not stay for a year or two more and apply for Australian citizenship. Why waste this opportunity. Meanwhile you can complete your initial landing in Canada and keep the option open for at least another 3 years.
