Untill any news declares from immigration authority website, nothing is believable. But, it is true that, immigration agents sometimes anticipate the upcoming changes, but that doesn't mean it will be surely appear in future.

I don't agree people of this country don't know good english. How much IELTS score means good english? 7? I have seen many people with avg 7 points. To ensure good english, canadian authority needs to filter points...better English will award better point...the current problem Canada is facing...

this is the problem of CAP system. when u will see your NOC job has cap of 500 then it almost fill up during the time of preparing your case after the declaration. But, fact is that. how to be sure that your job will be in the NOC list. Coz if you want to take prepare in advance, u can't predict...

Firmly agreed with ekarus.... lower level official who implement this thing...has more power in the govt. offices in bangladesh. Another thing could be- they want bribr from you....thaey can't tell this directly...so indirect way they are approaching....
