Don't worry! It took them more than 2 months to update the 3rd line! But they did eventually, so be patient.

I'd already submitted my PCC with my application. The only delay was that it took 2 months after completing the medicals to acknowledge receiving the results and updating the e-CAS.

I haven't received any communication from CPC-O. It took about 9 weeks to get the 3rd line. I hope they make up for that with a fast PPR!

Yes, that's normal. Some people print it, fill it by hand, then scan it again. Personally, I just sent it as it is and they acknowledged the receipt of RPRF just fine
