Yes it finally changed to DM when I got the oath letter. @ mubeen241615 - Thanks! I applied in early May.

E-cas will tell you the date the letter was sent and the date of the ceremony, BUT on the letter it states that you need to bring it with you. I am sure there is a way around that though, might just take a bit of research on this forum or a call to CIC. Good luck

I took the test November 6 and today (January 26) received the oath letter. Oath ceremony is February 16. From some of the other pages, it looks like the Calgary office sent out a heap of oath letters at the end of last week for ceremonies early-mid February

I have an almost identical timeline to you, only out by a couple of days the whole way. I passed my test on November 7 so fingers crossed that we get our oath invites soon :)

Test was very easy and quick. Took less than 5 minutes to write and I got 100% but they took an hour and 45 mins to call each of us up one by one to check documents before the test could start do it was a very long afternoon. Now just waiting on oath date:)

Hi Ziag, Sounds like we have similar timelines. The others on this thread are a couple months ahead of us, but hopefully we can get a good idea of what to expect here. I will keep you posted!

Were you at the Coutts border? Those guys are notorious for being very strict/unreasonable. Cancel the insurance that you bought - you wont be able to claim anything when you have other coverage anyway so there is no point in having it.

Wierd things are happening in the spreadsheet. I know that there are a couple of people maintaining it, but my location was changed from Calgary to Montreal... not even close! lol. Can we maybe try and keep the edits to a minimum? Is there someone specifically in charge of it?

I have had three work permits and each time I crossed the border to re-enter they would remove the old and replace it with the new. The only one I still have was never stapled in, so they didn't notice that it slipped out when I landed for PR. I don't think they really care about WPs as having...
