I did mine on Nov 26 at Regway as well. I got it approved Jan 17. I'll say just wait for sometime or call CIC to know the status. As you are not able to link it, you'll have to wait for card to arrive in mail. Which should come by Jan 31, 2018 (based on current timelines)

Got Passport Request

Hi Guys, Just now got Passport Request.

You don't have to upload anything in regards to medical. Once you are done with a medical examination your doc will compile a report and send it off to CIC. You should be able to see that through MyCiC account. Hope that helps!
