You can use your Parent sponsorship application number to submit your medicals. Then you can use the same medical information for Super Visa. Super Visa could take 4-6 weeks to process. Good luck!!

1) Medicals are valid for 1 year for sure. 2) my understanding is PCC are valid three months after the issue date. If you have already submitted the PCC to CIC within three months of issuance, you are good. Once submitted, it does not matter they expire or not Good luck!!
