Just wanted to add my file status to the forum. Applied in June 2016 to Mississauga, and file went to Singapore in August. Checked today and the status shows "Decision Made" on my wife's application. Gonna have to wait a few more days to see what decision Singapore has made.

I am not 100% sure on the details since it was all done by my HR department. I believe they applied based on my job location and how many employees they were seeking the approval for. In the approval letter, all it mentions that the employees from that location have been approved. No name...

I don't remember 100% but I sent in all the papers that are required for a regular WP extension. And I sent in my AOR SINP to tell them that I have applied for it and am still waiting for the approval.
