Help!!!Another PR not meeting residency obligation Question
Hi everyone, My situation is: Had been living in Canada for 7 years on student visa. Got my PR granted in Aug. 2007. Because my wife and I were separated in Nov. 2007, so I left Canada. Residency time accumulated so far is only 440 days. Had been back to Canada once or twice every year since...- Nahc

Four Years Outside Canada
Hi Leon, I think I have a somewhat similar case as olags. My PR card is expiring on Sep. 22, 2012. Cumulative residence time is only 443 days up to this point. I am planning to come back in Mid. May this year. but obviously i do not comply with the residence obligation. Will I face the being...- Nahc
