Hi inlaw How did you contact RCMP?Do you have their email ID? My father was also asked to appear for finger prints on April 3rd ,2013 in NDVO and since then there is no information and the status shows "in process"

Have you received the reuest letter for the Medicals from New Delhi? You need to attach the request letter along with the documents as CIC New delhi ask for it in the letter they send to you.

Have you checked your computer settings? It may be blocking some emails? Make sure you add all CIC/CIC-New Delhi websites to your trusted sites in your settings.Being representative, You send them a letter explaining the situation and attach the copy of GCMS. I am pretty sure they can issue you...
