Yep. Once in was fast track deal, not anymore. same with anyother options FSW ....US immigration. Hope is the only hope right now if you are desperate about AINP nomination. looking at "TEST EMAIL", I believe AINP is atleast working to prepare nomiations. Why should one go through lawyer...

I am sorry for the guys paid thousands to attorney to apply for AINP. Guys dont waste your money+time paying for FSW programme, an another failure.

Ask your immigration lawyer , will have a right answer for you. I dont think forum can help you guide EB status.

Otherthan AINP and FSW , most or all of the Province nomination programs need full time job offer from employers. To have a job offer one need a PR in this economy. This is how they limit applications and nominations. AINP will also be into the same category soon in coming days.

Why do one want to apply to Canada , if singapore is easy on PR? Just a curious question as I was once Singapore PR. No offense.

Thats kind of misleading...As per the Alberta immigraion site, Employer assessments will take up to 6months. We will have to wait and see some one (H1B SRS) with Job offer gets nomination quicker than any?

Some one said only 2000 nominations per year amd others said 3000 per year. I don't see any news or post by AINP on cap of nominations per year unlike Nova scotia has a cap and removed later and targeted to 3600 nominations per year...

Any reasons why some of 1st to 15th april applicants did not recieve file number?

I am surprised being an April applicant , you didnt recieve file number yet. Anyways, wait is the only answer for now in all directions

If they have to change timeline (12 , 16 whatever months) for H1B SRS again..They also have to rethink on how many applicants loose thier eligibility during the period. Are they wasting our time or their time ?

Yep Wait is the only way for now ..Again one never know how immigration officer works to clear the files, but there are some duties below an officer does in immigration office. In general, citizenship and immigration officers: counsel people who wish to remain in Canada make decisions...

Re: NOC 4162-A whats are the chances under PNP? I am not sure which PNP suits to you (more like you need immigraion lawyer to do research on your qualifications), but you can check the pressure list from following PNP programmes (below is the link from canadavisa.com site)...
