@a thanks for the tip. i think what will delay me is the french part. i was told i have to attend a 2-month long class then i have to take the exam :( what happens if i don't reach the quota? do they return my application and money? or do they just put me in line for the following year?

hi guys! finally decided na to go for quebec. i wanted to apply by july but since i'll need to do the french thing pa looks like july is not a realistic target. i'll need to contact alliance francaise pa on how to go about the lessons + TEF... i don't really know the process so i'm hoping to...
