Yes.. you can take the test and dont worry about transcripts .. It takes about two weeks after the test to get results in the mail..there may be an option to get results faster, if you pay extra fees..

passed the test today with 20/20.. read the discovery Canada book twice .. practice tests may be good enough .. Officer checked stamps on my passport. she was not sure Whether oath invite will be in this month or next month.. Only 15 people wrote the test.. everything finished around an hour...

Finally after 6 months ..I received test invite today. Test date : 7/7/2017..I feel my test invite/test is at least couple of months late .. one month back on June 10 , I ordered ATIP...I don't know whether that has any effect..

you dont need valid PR to apply for citizenship..if you meet the criteria you can apply for citizenship.. Dont wait for PR just apply for citizenship
