I don't know if this is a dumb question... I just want to be sure. I want to apply my mom a tourist visa to Canada from Manila, but she is planning on going to USA first before going to Canada. So is it ok to enter Canada from the USA with a visa issued in Manila ?

call dhl using this number 879-8888 then press/choose 6 wen u reachen d operator. tapos yun dn sbhhin mo na you are expecting your passport from cem and nagbabakasakali ka lng.. depende din kasi sa makakausap mo. may nakakaintindi may mga wala pakialam kung wala ka rin lng naman trcking...
