My address(applicant) has changed to that of my sponsor's. has any other applicant's ecas addresss changed to that of sponsor's? My file status is also in process. Is this address change a good sign?

Ya we waited tooooo long. My mp told me my file review is complete and they are ready to issue visa since july 2013. I dont understand why the delay. Hopefully, these coming weeks brings us 2012 applicants good news. We really deserve it. Good luck guys!

Ppl who have gotten dm and pp back recently, did you get any other confirmation of permanent residence letter along with it( 2 copies-- one client, one for CIC). Where are we to submit the CIC copy?

Sooo new delhi finally sent out a remedical request and asked us to submit pp. phew! After 10 months of the file being in process.. Any suggestions on whether to use registered post or blue dart to send the pp? Which is better?

Hey nsaraai01, I am in the same timeline as you. My meds also expired last month. Did they give any reason why they asked you to redo the medicals?

Ya zenn, i understand what you are saying. As per the notes, everything was complete. The last note by the officer said, relationship genuine. plz ask applicant to submit pp for visa issuance as soon as bc check is clear and a note was made couple days later saying back ground check is clear...

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2012/ob423.asp Hmm so... According to the above link, apparently if your visa issuance is being delayed only due to a close medical expiry and no other reason, then medicals would be extended by the visa officer.
