Also, I want to know that if we go to the NY Consulate and fill out an urgent processing form, would that mean withdrawing the application? Or would that mean that we will get our passports back with the visa? Any help would be highly appreciated!

Hi, The NYC embassy received our passports by Nov 7th as well. We got an email recently that all routine applications would be processed and passports would be emailed by 17th Dec. Is that good news?
