I wouldn't call it "Oath invitation delay" if you have not been called for your ceremony yet.

You should be very worry as it could take up to 6 months for the oath invitation. Mine took 4.5 months with the family together.

Normally from 2 weeks to 3 months. Mine is 2.5 months down the road.

scylla is correct. Citizenship application vs. PR status are two different things.

You have the right to order your GMCS report anytime you want. I order mine every 30 days to keep myself informed. The call centre is next to useless. Don't waste your time with them.

Ask the CIC officer at your ceremony. Some of the branches do not have this 2 business days delay.
