Are you sure you dint get a PPR? Its a little long not to get a request. Check with them

Yes but getting passport request doesnt mean stamp soon. I got my ppr in 25 days but now waiting for 5 months for the stamp :( sadly

how is ur status not changing since 2010? I wonder what the problem is. I get worried looking at ur case cuz i cant wait 3 years to be united with my husband. thats crazy
