The ones that got a query for additional documents, I do not have a understanding how much time for approval. It has already been more than 2 months since I sent additional documents, but no...

CalgarySprings, I am in the same boat as you are. I too have applied on Feb 27, 2012 and my file was transferred to the ND office on similar dates to what you have. I received a request for additional documents on August 17. Seems like we are facing the same visa issuing officer. I sent the...

February 2012 Applicants - Join here!

CIC is working diligently to increase the time for approval: 30 days then 55 days then 60 days then 75 days then 82 days then 89 days now 90 days. So next week very likely the time would go up even further: 93 days ? Is someone able to draw a graph and figure out whats going on with CIC.

February 2012 Applicants - Join here!

I am convinced that there is no reason for prolonging the application approval. This is intentional. CIC has the hidden agenda to gradually delay approval of applications to discourage sponsoring. I expect the time duration to only get longer - 89 days now. I am betting this would become over...

February 2012 Applicants - Join here!

My application received on Feb 27. I have been seeing processing time only getting longer from 55 days to 75 days to 84 days. Is the processing time ever going to stabilize ? Seems like we are in free fall. This calls for a petition to keep CIC in check. Any ideas/thoughts on how we could do...
