In the letter they didn't mentioned address, only said "London" visa office. Right now I only have to sent confirmation of medicals so I believe I'll use above address.

My closest is in Oakville and they are charging $205 (includes X-ray and blood work) London office haven't requested anything so far, letter was from CPC-M where they suggested to go for upfront medicals. Which address are you going to send receipt for medical and other documents. Thanks.

Even my letter doesn't have address of London office, it just says that file has been transferred to London. Is it your first time sponsor approval or re-assessment. Also are you planning to have upfront medicals.
