Usually it's the number of people on the application that causes the application not to be linked and to top it all only few attempts in a 24 hour period. If there's a co - sponsor you need to add him/her including yourself and the number of people sponsored.

Anyone.... My parents did receive the e-medical tracking sheet from the doctor but don't see any options in ecas(GCKey) to upload any such document. I am sure the doctor would send directly to CIC but not sure if the applicant also has to upload the e-medical tracking sheet.

Here's an update for anyone who's application reached Ottawa on 22nd May...just like mine. Invitation received - 21st March Application reached Ottawa - 22nd May AOR - 14th September Sponsorship Decision and Medical request - 26th October Other specs - Co-applicant - Yes, SIN# provided.
