Has anyone get Biometric Instruction Letter IMM5756 yet? My mom (principal) got it today via email, but it does not mention my dad in this email. Would my dad get a separate email or he can use my mom's letter?

Passed the test on May 8, submit fingerprints same day. It took almost 3 months to receive the oath letter yesterday, ceremony will be on August 25. No update on ecas.

I wrote a test on May 8 and submitted my finger prints on the same day as requested. Still stuck at "Decision Made" for more than a month now.
