i won the appeal on oct 23rd. it was dealt in written. now my file is transferred to abu dhabi and the ecas shows in process again. now dont know how long it will take.

our case got rejected to the small reason that my husband was not present in canada at the time when decision was made.he came to uae right after he got the approval. hi.. i received my appeal record in 40 days means the ministers counsel.and when will i receive my hearing date?? and how long...

my visa office is abu dhabi.do any one knows how long it will take to get the medical and pcc request after winning the appeal.

i received a letter from IAD stating that "before we proceed we must receive a copy of the appeal record from minister's counsel" whats minister's counsel.....??? pls help

thanks alot for ur answer...my hubby is pr... he has appealed in ADR now.....and its 15 days now and we have not received any acknowledgement that they accepted the adr........ and can my husband come back in between the appeal process..... please advice...

my visa fo canada got refused only because y sponsor did not stay in canada after the approval........visa offic say that he should stay until the decision is made. my spouse receicved the appeal letter... my visa office is abu dhabi.... do anyone know whats the duration of the entire process...
