Hello all, I am starting this thread for people with furtherance requests. My Mom is diabetic and have CKD4. Her serum creatinine is 1.9. After the first medical we have gone through two furtherance for serum creatinine .Now we have another request for the same test.Is it normal? Please share...

hi Muna Lot of people gets forms to fill again. In my opinion you just have to fill the supplemetary forms again.That would be enough. Since the letter states to fill supplementary forms only.
