I don't want to give you false hope, but we received the same rejection letter as yours, the only difference is they are just changing the NOC Code. It seems that London Visa office is just sending rejection letters to lessen their back logs.

I agree with your suggestions. I also received rejections and they are sending "template" letter. They are speeding up the process by not reviewing it properly and just sending rejection letters! This is unfair for us, if they dont like us, they lose good people who can make their country better.
