What if she applies for visitors visa?

I talked with couple lawyers and all of them said does not matter if you don’t meet residency obligations. You can still apply for your wife. Residency obligations will be examined when you are applying for a new pr card or citizenship.

My tracker has been activated few hours ago.

Congratulations buddy. It means you can be PR on 2013. When they received your passport? I got ppr on 10th but they received it on 16th. I guess I have to wait until next year :)

Bahar 3rd party or partner they call the office which does the security check. In my GCMS notes everything was done except security check which they call it 3rd party or partner. I really do not know how they do this check. My last note on GCMS notes was :Pending partner review. Do not worry...
