Just keep checking Canada post tracking website..there isn't any notification..

Yes you can change/update your NOC... but once you will get ITA,then your profile will be locked and you will not be able to update any information. So be careful when you change or do any update on your profile... Because, for example if you update any information in your profile and you cant...
