Well, I got my CAIPS notes today and it seems we are waiting for more than nine months for police clearance from RCMP. This is so ridiculous I don't know what to say. BTW, does anyone know if these due dates mentioned on the file mean anything or not?

No, you have to answer NO to both questions. This is not a question that you can answer with not applicable. This determines whether you are eligible to apply or not.

Your application is returned because you have left a question blank. Your answer to 5a and 5b should be NO, if you have never received such scholorship. No part of the application should be left blank. In general, if something is not applicable, you should write N/A in front of the question.
