    they have made it clear, there is no extension. you do not have to reapply, but all the process will be redone.

    DO you represent IRCC? Can you guarantee it will be resolved with in a reasonable time (a couple of months). IRCC has a very bad reputation. They even cancelled a backlog of applicants once, people who were waiting for PR a few years. I do not trust them when it comes to clearing backlog...

    essentially no one wants to own it now. they are very well aware, thousands of people have this question and are in stressful situation right now. If some official can come ahead and at least annouce that no COPR can land, that will be accepable, but no clear information is worse.
