Inorder to keep his residency he has to enter to canada before march 2011,because he become PR in 2008.His PR status will end in March 2013. My querry is,What will happen if he don't enter before march 2011. With Regards

My brother become a PR in 2008,since then he is out side of Canada. His 730 days period begins from March 2011.If he delay his entry another 2 months, Will they allow him to enter to Canada? What is the renewal procedure for him after 5 years?
