i sent an email to get the status, they replied "Your application is currently under review". However ecas shows "application received", what does this mean?

looks like there are lot open questions on bridging open wp. The info on CIC is just talking about who are eligible to apply? but doesn't have information on how to apply it. what documents to be provided ? how to renew dependents status along with this open WP whoever applied this open WP...

currently May-2012 applicants are getting Medical Requests. Based on this we would expect to receive MR's in the month of Feb-Mar 2013, unless CIC speed up the process in the new year
