kinda true but as i always said there is no f.k specific rule/policy/procedure when it comes 2 issuing vissa. one can receive it in 6 month one received it > a yr. in my opinion it all depends on the f.k officer whose handling the case. that's all and all.

the one u have is correct, i mean u have to choose 4a and 4C both but not 4b and 4d. don't 4get 2 put the file# in front of 4a and 4c

solh if the visa office extended it 4 ya, u don't need 2 worry at all cuz they extend it 4 one full yr. just like my wife, her medical got expired sep12 and they extended it till sep13. even in the passport email they sent us, it mentioned that after she gets her visa, she has time up to sep13...
