if its a rejection, should i wait for 1 year or something until i can re apply or can i apply straight away?

my ecas changed to decision made from RBVO... does that mean its a rejection?

Hello I applied under noc 0631 on June 23rd 2010, my status is still RBVO. I received my CAIPS notes on June 3rd 2012 which says my application has still not been reviewed by a visa officer. My representative also suggests that the only thing i can do is wait until I get further instruction...

when i applied back in 2010 LVO was the fastest with 14 months.... but by the time it reached 10 months they increased it to 16 months, then 18, 22, 24, 27 and now 29..... now even if we sent them a CSE they would reply saying the application is inside the given time period and to keep enquiries...

its ok... it will be avaliable in a few days, i had the same problem for 1 week...

online status is working now, no change....still RBVO with no address.
