    didn't change all from the beginning the same address even other messages were weird, it was: appl. received => in process => appl. received => decision made obviously sometimes they don't update properly, so don't worry..you turn will come up

    Hi Guys, As I understood situation, Cooks are still in Skill Level B. and old rule where No. 2 ( 6 2 4 2 ) was meaning Level B, is not valid any more.... you can check that in Matrix 2011
