Got the call yesterday, picked up the letter today and we will do oath on 3 August 2017.:):D:) ( special circumstances because son leaves for another province in 2 weeks for university.) Please update. Thanks for all the experience here that help us through this process so much.:)

Did the test and so did my son on Jun 19. Passed. Haven't heard a thing yet. Son leaves for another province in 3 weeks to start university. Anything I might do to get the oath done before he leaves?

Landed 6 Feb 2013. 8) I recommend you give yourself a little more than 1:40 if you have a connection after landing with a wife, kid and dog! We made it but barely and it was very stressful.

Hi everyone. Just thought I'd let you know that we landed on 6 Feb 2013. Wife, kid and dog all got through with no problems although we booked the timing on the connecting flight a little tight. Hopefully I'll have a job later today!

Congrats to those moving forward with their apps. Update for us. Received the visas and CoPR's on Monday and booked flights this morning for landing on Feb 06. ;D

I am happy to report that Monday evening we received 2 passports with 1 time landing visas for my wife and stepson. We also received CoPR's for each of them. Hopefully landing about the 10th of Feb. :D ;D :D

Ecas updated to decision made! ;D My wife's address on ecas is my address in Canada. Passports shipped out of Canadian Embassy on Friday at 3:40 pm. Forecast for Edmonton on Tuesday is a high of -27 and I'm excited. Gotta go and see my shrink. :o

We had to do the same update for my wife (10 year history back to 18 years old). $85 to return via DHL and adding more time to the whole process. Not impressed! Glad this whole frustrating process should be over soon.

We sent our passports this morning and we were told the Embassy will have them Monday morning! ;D Partied last night. Gotta sell a car and 2 motorcycles now! 8)
