    We sent ours on 16th October. I'm Canadian Citizen, Husband is British and we applied Outland from the UK. We are hoping to move to Canada next summer if everything goes well and fall within the "normal" processing time...

    This is correct, it's only if they are included in the application so as yourself and your son are Canadian Citizen it is not needed.
