Passport sent last april 10, but we did not paid the pre paid couier envelope,if ever they will return the PP will aramex give me a call or do i have to follow it up by my self? Usually after how many days will they return the PP? Im here in kuwait?

What if it is in personal savings account do i still need to declare it? Or only the money at hand that i am carrying with me?
