    You should be able to get a copy of the money order from the bank after it has been cleared. Normally on the back of the money order CIC folks would put the case/file number before depositing it.

    Hi hsetin On their website CIC has listed "The certificate must have been issued no more than three months before you submit your application." So I think as long as your FBI PCC was issued 90 days before you sent your initial application to Buffalo, you should be fine...

    Electronic Fingerprinting vs Traditional

    You can even check with University Police Stations, they normally do it for a minimal charge. The electronic fingerprints that are printed on FBI card have a very low probability of being rejected.

    I would advise to get electronic fingerprinting done in which the computer prints out your fingerprints on FBI card. They have a very slim chance of being rejected.
