As suspected, BLS charged 3 courier charges and sent all the OCI's in one courier. Extra $$$ in their pocket for services not rendered. Isn't this sort of cheating.

For point 3 I would suggest you raise the issue with the Indian Consulate. BLS is just a courier service which uses a courier service...they have no say once you would show confirmation email.

I think they have commission with the no of people opting for courier service.. don't see any other reason for them to be pushing for these fees. Or being lazy to have people collecting.... Hope these guys become somewhat professional like VFS...just have similar name doesn't make them same.

Nice, they agreed for that. At Winnipeg they are saying we do'nt allow OCI to be picked up. Just want to get commission from Purolator. They don't even tell that they are charging for the OCI cover, came to know about it here. Damn BLS....

Yeah, I saved 70$, but what I have observed is that postal applicatons are being processed faster than walk in applications. My friends who did postal applications got it in 5 weeks...but who did walkin got in 7-8 weeks.
