Hi All Our packet had reached Alberta on 14 April we got file number on on 17 June funnily it was sitting in the spam ...and nobody noticed. people who got file numbers ..are u people proceeding with the police verification and stuff... please share. regards

I think you need to be in valid H1 untill the end of the PR process. It does not mandate one to be within USA though . One may be in H1 employed by US employer...working in some other country for some time. Please correct me .....

Hi Me and my husband have just applied for the AINP prgram(mailed application today) My husband is the primary applicant. His 6 yr h1b visa expires Jan 2010. However he has been out of USA for a total of 6 months during the last 6 yrs, therefore if those months are recaptured the h1 is legal...

Hi Alberta.. when u say postmarked date and not recieved date ...do u mean ...that even if i have posted and on 15 april the package is in transition and not with the AINP office..it is still acceptable? Clarify!!! Regardssssssssssssssssss
