When I got my MR, I got an updated doc-request at the same time. About one week after the medicals were done, eCAS was updated to "medical results received". The other requested docs (including PCC) arrived much later. So the third line on eCAS should be added regardless of additional docs...

I completed the Landing today to become a permanent resident of Canada :D The procedure was no problem at all, and it took just about 45mins at the Abbotsford-Huntingdon border crossing: from the first passport-check with the "oh, you are landing" to signing of COPR, goods to follow list, etc...
