abInMind still no news from AINP. They requested for documents on Nov 12th but I am out of H1B status as of now and am in my homecountry of Peru. I hope they accept my application as it reached them before Feb 19th.

Hmm.. I am surprised to see that AINP is still issuing file numbers. My file number is 8XX and still no nomination!!!!!. Not sure when they r going to start issuing nominations

I don't think Alberta is going to issue any nominations this year. I applied in February and got my file number in March but still now nothing!!!!.

Well Sonu81, I cannot predict whether AINP will change the timeline or not but I just wanted to share what I was told. If they change timeline again then that would be bad, but I am hoping that this does not happen. All the best to everyone!!!!

Anoop, You will have to wait till April 2010 for nomination by the looks of it.

Alberta Governor, When I called AINP they said per the new timelines it would take a year to get nomination. So December 2008 applicants can expect something in December 2009, Jan 2009 applicants can expect something in Jan 2010 and Feb 2009 applicants in Feb 2010 and so on...

Yes they keep changing the timelines. I had got my PCC's and am now out of the US in my home country of Peru but looks like the PCC's will expire soon!!! Only thing we can do is keep our fingers crossed and hope for the best!!!!!

Well I talked to an AINP official and he said that as per the new timelines it could take upto 12 months to get nomination after the full application was sent to Alberta. So Dec/Jan/Feb folks can expect something from Dec!!!!. I think AINP H1B SRS stream is no longer a fast track stream

September would be good but March 2010 would suck. But atleast good news is that world economy seems to be picking up, so may be AINP might start issuing nominations soon!!!!

Under the new timeline I believe 8 month candidate assessment is from the time one gets the file number. So if an applicant had received file number in March then he/she can expect something by November!!!!

Atleast there is hope that the application is still active. Hopefully they don't increase the timeline more!!!!!. Does anybody know the last known file number to get nomination????
