I am applying for FSWP under NOC code 1112. What NOC category should I mention on the envelope of application package? There are two Categories (1) Skill Type Category (Numeric) and (2) Skill Level Category(alphabetic) Should it be "1" or "A"?

(1)Please let me know which document can qualify as National Identity Document for Applicants who are Indian Citizens? (2)Does UID qualify as National Identity Document? UID does not have Issue Date and Expiry date.
