    RAJE, On the document checklist is specified that you need to submit your language proficiency proof with the package. If you do not submit TEF, you will not be awarded points for that.

    Sorav, Regulated occupation would usually require some further education in Canada (doctors, lawyers, engineers, etc.). Non regulated occupation would only require adequate experience that could be put into practice in Canada. Hope the information helps.

    guys, there is new document checklist posted on the CIC website, that DOES NOT require original transcripts - copies only. The update was made few days ago.
