May be you can scan the recipt of police check to CIC via email first, that make them know you already done, I think that is only things you can do !

Hi, Zeushk If your case from 2011 Nov to Sept 2012,that is not too long. within one year ! We just apply the policy check on 25 Sept 2012, and sumbit some Intention to Canada documents on 1 Nov 2011, now just waiting the goods news. Hope the next letter is request our passport asap.
