I am old applicant and i think at this time they are processing the applications whose file number date is around March 20. no matter you are old or new, usually they are processing based on file number issuing date.

all applied after Jan 01,2009 are considered as new process application. if you apply after Feb 19,2009,you should at least have your H1B visa working till the day they tell you. Just wait, personally i still believe AINP may only issue 500/year due to current economics. don't blame on AINP...
