No, you have to fill it in the application forms that you submit.

You can either do inland or outland. But I did and outland application 'coz it's faster. If you opt for an outland, you may either submit it to Buffalo or CIC-Manila.

Hi Damien Martin, We almost have the same situation. I'm currently in Canada on a wp, and my husband sponsored me via outland. 1. She doesn't need a police check in Canada, she does need one from the Philippines though. 2. The more evidence, the better!

Yup, you need to fill up these forms if it's applicable to you, ie, say if you're not going to hire a lawyer or an immigration consultant to process your papers in your behalf, then you really don't need to fill up the details in the Use of Representative form. Necessary documents/attachments...

Hi Badhet, Check ECAS. Mine just got updated to DM. Yours might have as well! I hope it's a positive one though. It would probably take 2 weeks though before I receive the letter here in Toronto. More waiting! God bless!
