if your parents move here, do you think they will like it here? We are from Vancouver. My original thought was that my parents come and live here in Vancouver with us as both my brother and I live away from home. But my parents enjoy their life back home much more compared to here.

if Bio has been done prior then they can refund at any time either during or after the process. Has your application been approved first round or there is nothing yet?

if they come as visitors, one way is fine if they have visa prior. Immigration officers would not care if you have a one-way or two-way. We have done it many times in the past.
