    Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2018

The application isn't updated yet. Its unlikely to be updated until later in the month or possibly even till after the draw. The application forms at the moment are in relation to the 2017 PGP draw. Once you go into the Online Submission, thats where it shows 2015,2016,2017.

You can't do that. Unless your parents are divorced prior to you submitting the application. Whether your Mum is coming to Canada or not, they still have to be included as part of the family unit.

    Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2018

EDIT: Just noticed you don't have the income for 2015 either, so you wouldn't qualify either way.. We won't find out till 10am EST whether they are looking for 2014, 2015 & 2016 or 2015, 2016 & 2017 income. There isn't any point in speculating until we can see the online application form...

    Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2018

Totally agree with you on the 3 year rule. Was referring to them possibly using 2014. You have to think of the other side of the fence that it's not including the most current tax year. For example it means someone who got laid off in the oil field last year could still apply, even though they...

    Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2018

I know they have. But just think it's a strange way of assessing applicants. Cant wrap my head around the logic of asking for income from so long ago. We will see on January 2nd I guess. Either way, fingers crossed we get picked and best of luck to all other applicants

    Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2018

Totally agree Rob that it's not clear at the moment. Doesn't really matter to me either way. But just seems like a very strange process to ask for income proof from 4 tax years ago. When you apply for a mortgage they normally ask for the past 2 years. By asking for 2014-2016 tax year they...

    Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2018

There is a spreadsheet going around. They have processed some of the 2017 applications already over the past 2-3 weeks (mostly the first applicants by the looks of it)

    Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2018

Rob, you've got a very good point. But my assumption was because they haven't released the 2018 application package yet. And it says this on the website: "Look at the Federal Income Table for Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship in this guide to help you decide if you have the financial ability...

    Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2018

My understanding from the website is that they want 2015, 2016, 2017 income. But we probably won't know definitely until January 2nd. Just my assumption at the moment.

    Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2018

Are we assuming that the required tax years will be 2017, 2016 & 2015?

    Super Visa - Online Application?

Hi, My parents are applying for the super visa from the UK. Does anyone know if this can be submitted online? It looks like it has to be submitted to a company in the UK called vfsglobal? Does anybody have any experience of this? Thanks!

    2017 Parent sponsorship application documents

I can't understand what the logic would be behind this? You would think that moving forward they would do 2015, 2016, 2017 tax returns in next years draw. Then moving forward in 2019 would be 2016, 2017, 2018 etc.. I can see where you are coming from though and I guess we will have to wait and...

NOVEMBER - DECEMBER 2015 CIC APPLICANTS

I got DM on Saturday morning. Got PPR just after midnight on Monday night/Tuesday morning. I received PPR just over a year after AOR. I received AOR March 9th. It's pretty random though and seems to change from month to month. Like some people have had DM and PPR at the same time. Then I think...

NOVEMBER - DECEMBER 2015 CIC APPLICANTS

If you are landing by air I think you can land at any airport. We landed into that airport for a visa once and was absolutely fine. Are you visa exempt? 3 weeks seems like a long time for them to process CoPR! Why does everything they do take much much longer than it should!
